INTERNATIONAL RATES 🌎:

-For International Orders we have different shipping rates depending on your location. At checkout, you will able to see the shipping rates offered to you.

On average, most customers receive their items within one week of ordering. Here’s how it all works: First, you place your order which only takes a few seconds. Next, your package goes into processing which takes up to 1-3 business days. Finally, our shipping carrier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, to let you know it's on the way. Depending on where you are, please allow for 3-14 business days for this step. If you are shipping outside of Canada or the U.S, this may take longer.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You will be able to track your order within 24-48 hours of receiving the email.

Your order will be delivered to the shipping address that you provide us with. Please note that customers are responsible for inputing their correct shipping address. Please double-check the address you provide us with. If you make an error in your shipping address, your package will be delivered to the wrong location, or may be marked as invalid if the shipping company cannot locate it. In this situation we will be unable to refund your shipping costs. We can re-deliver your package if you pay for additional shipping costs to deliver your package to the correct address.
